Change the World

Whether it’s sending a team on mission to a foreign land or staying right here in Fairview, we believe that the words of Jesus aren’t merely a suggestion but a direct command. Baptized believers in Christ Jesus live to do His work and share the good news of the gospel to ALL NATIONS.

How We Serve

Local

Changing the World requires us to meet needs in our community. We can make Kingdom impact when we step up and be people of action right here locally. This is a great way to demonstrate the love of Jesus, make disciples and see Kingdom impact happen. We encourage you to keep your eyes open, see a need and meet it, and let us know when there is a need we can all do together that we may not be aware of. Listed below are just a few of the ways we help locally.

Small Works

So many of our neighbors are physically incapable or can’t afford to do work around their homes. From removing debris to cleaning gutters to mowing lawns, our small works team is here to serve our community and take care of your small jobs.

National

From disaster relief to feeding the hungry, One Church Home will provide several ways to plug in and serve communities in the U.S. These trips don’t require passports and are not necessarily overnight, which makes these trips easy to jump in and love people well.

Email missions@onechurchhome.com for more information/upcoming opportunities.

Abroad

Throughout the year, One Church Home will conduct mission trips to foreign lands to love, serve, and share the gospel. These trips are researched before departure by our local partners to the area of mission or organizations who professionally send churches on mission trips.

Email missions@onechurchhome.com for more information/upcoming opportunities.

Faqs local

How are we serving locally?

Community is and always has been a priority for One Church Home. Whether it’s offering food resources, serving the community, or other needs, we believe that the local church is responsible for taking care of those who are unable to take care of themselves.

Do we have food available for those in need?
We have several opportunities to feed those in need each year.
Do I have to be a member to receive support?
No. However, due to the amount of requests an application process is required for those who do not attend One Church Home.

Faqs Abroad

Where do we go?

We have two international trips scheduled per year. Email missions@onechurchhome.com for more info.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. All trips outside of the U.S. require a passport.

Is it safe?

All trips and opportunities are carefully vetted. While nothing can be guaranteed in the world we live in today, we take careful consideration when making travel and lodging choices.

Is there a required age?

Attendees must be 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent.

How much does it cost?

Trips vary in cost. Typically, $1500 to $2000 covers the cost for most trip.
