I’m so excited to meet you and your little ones. I want you to rest assured that your kids are in the best of hands! We are here to come alongside you to support, guide, teach, and show your babies Jesus in all we do.

Our approach is both simple and effective, as we teach biblical truths that will help kids discover their identity in Christ while fostering a culture of belonging through meaningful relationships. Our lively atmosphere is filled with high-quality media, games, and activities that will keep your kids engaged and excited.

Connect Your Kids in 3 Easy Steps

1. Fill Out New Family Form

To make things quick and easy for you, you can pre-register your kids for their class by filling out our “New Family Form” before you arrive to Church. If you choose to do this in person, our Host team will happily assist you. Don’t worry, you only have to do this once!

2. Be Our Guest

Once you arrive to church, our friendly Host team will guide you to our Kids Connection area on the far left side of the Lobby. This is where you will receive parent-child security tags, help you find each age-appropriate kids class, and provide any answers you may have along the way.

3. Make Yourself At Home

Your kids will have fun, learn about Jesus, and be cared for by our awesome team so you can encounter God and grow deeper in your faith at One Church Home.

At OCH Preschool Kids, we provide a Sunday experience rooted in Biblical teachings that emphasize fun and games to help children develop a deeper connection with Jesus and nurture their spiritual growth.

Elementary

At OCH Kids, we provide a Sunday experience that’s engaging and high-energy. Our monthly themes ensure every kid feels welcomed, connected, and included. Through Biblical content, we anchor their understanding of who God is and who He says they are.

Child Dedications

We would be honored to be a part of your child’s dedication to the Lord. During our weekend gathering on Sacrament Sunday (the last Sunday of each month), time is set aside for families to have their children dedicated and prayed over by the Pastor and congregation. If you would like us to have your child(ren) dedicated, send an email to Rachel, our Children’s Ministry Director, and she will contact you to get everything set up.

How do I get my kids checked into their classes?

Visit our Kids Check-In area where one of our friendly Kids Connection Hosts will be available to assist you with our easy process.

How do I know that my child will be safe?

At One Church Home, it is our priority to make every reasonable effort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for every child in our care. We use a security tag system for check-in and check-out, have background checked volunteers that complete safety trainings while following nationally recognized ministry protocols that meet or exceed recommended guidelines, and equip all kids areas with actively monitored security cameras and safety team members.

What if my child has allergies?

During the registration process, you will be asked if your child has any allergies that we need to be aware of. These will be printed on the child’s nametag to alert our Kids Hosts. In addition, if any special snacks will be served or unusual lesson supplies (latex, playdough, etc.) will be used, there will be a sign alerting you outside your child’s classroom. Please let our Kids Hosts know if you have any concerns. Our Preschool kids are typically served animal crackers, Goldfish Crackers, or Veggie Straws for a snack during services.

What time does check-In begin and when should my child be picked up?

Our check-in stations open 30 minutes before each service begins. Classrooms open 15 minutes prior to each service. Children should be picked up within 15 minutes after service has ended.

What if my child needs me during service?

If your child needs you during service, our Kids Coordinator will text the number that prints out on their security tag. Please make sure this is the correct phone number when you check them in. We will meet you at the entrance to our Kids Ministry to escort you to their classroom for pick up.

Can my child sit with me in the main service?

We encourage children to attend their classes within our Kids Ministry, but understand that there are times that children need to be with their parents. Kids are always welcome in the main service under the supervision of their parents. To minimize distractions to others, our Lobby, equipped with comfortable couches and large screens, is available for your family to view the service if needed.
