Dear MEN,

In today’s world, masculinity is under attack and traditional male roles are severely misunderstood and undervalued. Our ministry aims to be a beacon of strength, support, and growth as we push back against the cultural narrative. Proverbs 27:17 reminds us that “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” The essence of our ministry is creating a space where men can encourage one another, grow together, and sharpen their skills in leadership and service. By coming together in community, we are able to uplift and strengthen each member, empowering them to lead well in their homes, workplaces, and communities.

Engaging with the men of OCH is not just for personal gain but a crucial aspect of fulfilling our collective mission. Ephesians 4:11-13 tells us that Christ gave leaders to equip His people for service and to build up the body of Christ. Men’s Ministry is dedicated to equipping men with the tools and teachings they need to serve effectively, which adds to the overall growth and unity of OCH. When men get engaged, the strength of our church grows and the reach and impact we can have in our community grows with it!

Our community desperately needs a strong and engaged church. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 affirms that “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” This is essential for men to be thoroughly equipped for every good work. As men rise to their calling through our ministry, they become true biblical men and leaders who can make a real difference in the lives of those around them. By investing in our Men’s Ministry, we invest in the future of our church, the families inside our walls and the community that surrounds us. Let us come together, embrace our roles, and build a legacy of leadership and faith that will resonate far beyond the walls of One Church Home.
